Why Refuah exists
My decision to become an entrepreneur grew from both my professional experience as a physician and my own life story. As a gynecologist with a holistic approach, I saw that many people were looking for more natural, preventive, and integrative ways to care for their health, yet often did not know where to find trustworthy guidance.
After facing profound personal challenges, including surviving cancer and rebuilding different parts of my life, I developed an even deeper appreciation for healing, resilience, and the power of bringing science and nature together. I wanted to create something meaningful—something that could genuinely help people feel better and live healthier lives.
That is how Refuah Apothecary was born: a brand centered on natural remedies, medicinal plants, and wellness products that bring together ancestral herbal wisdom and modern medical knowledge. My mission is to help people restore and maintain their health through the healing resources nature provides.

Por qué nació Refuah
Mi decisión de emprender nació tanto de mi experiencia profesional como médica como de mi propia historia de vida. Como ginecóloga con un enfoque holístico, me di cuenta de que muchas personas buscaban formas más naturales, preventivas e integrativas de cuidar su salud, pero a menudo no sabían dónde encontrar una guía confiable.
Tras enfrentar grandes desafíos personales, entre ellos sobrevivir al cáncer y reconstruir diferentes aspectos de mi vida, desarrollé un aprecio aún más profundo por la sanación, la resiliencia y el poder de combinar la ciencia con la naturaleza. Quería crear algo significativo que realmente pudiera ayudar a las personas a sentirse mejor y a llevar una vida más saludable.
Así nació Refuah Apothecary: una marca enfocada en remedios naturales, plantas medicinales y productos de bienestar que combinan la sabiduría herbolaria ancestral con el conocimiento médico moderno. Mi misión es ayudar a las personas a recuperar y mantener su salud a través de los recursos curativos que nos brinda la naturaleza.
